George III silver "Prince of Wales Birth" Medal 1762 MS62 NGC, BHM-78, Eimer-700. 29mm. Thomas Pingo, Jr.'s garish bust of Queen Charlotte is further enhanced by argent surfaces awash in cerulean and salmon tones. On the reverse, the future George IV emerging from a cornucopia is rendered in laudable detail. Rim dings limit the assigned grade, though this example remains the only known to NGC.
