DN VALEN-S PF AVG, pearl diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Valens right, seen from front / RESTITVTOR-REIPVBLICAE, Valens standing facing, laureate head right, labarum with Chi-Rho banner in right hand, and being crowning by Victory on globe in outstretched left hand; palm branch on shaft of labarum, star in left field, KONSTAN (TAN ligate) in exergue.
