CHINA, Western Hàn dynasty. Xuāndì. 73-49 BC. Æ Wu Zhu (25mm, 3.43 g). Wu Zhu in archaizing zhuànshū Hànzì (seal script) characters; bar above central hole / Blank. Thierry, Wu Zhu 25-6; BN Chinoises II 252-5; Hartill 8.8. Brown patina with hard green and red deposits. VF. A finely made piece with the characteristic Wu character and bar of Xuandi's reign.
