BAKTRIAN KINGS, Antimachos I Theos. Circa 180-170 BC. AR Drachm (4.18 gm; 20 mm). Diademed and draped bust to right, wearing kausia / Poseidon, laureate, standing facing, holding trident and filleted palm frond; BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΘEOY to right, ANTIMAXOY to left, monogram in lower right field. Bopearachchi 2B; Bopearachchi & Rahman 183; Mitchiner 125a; SNG ANS 280-281; HGC 12, 109. Minor mark on the obverse field. Well struck on a nice flan. Choice EF. Rare.
