LUCANIA, Metapontion. Circa 330-290 BC. AR Nomos (20.5mm, 7.83 g, 3h). Wreathed head of Demeter left / Barley ear of seven grains, leaf to left; tongs above leaf, [AΘ]A below. Johnston Class C, 4.17 (same dies); HN Italy 1583. Struck with somewhat worn dies, flan flaws. Good VF.
