LUCANIA, Thourioi. Circa 350-300 BC. AR Dinomos – Distater (27mm, 14.83 g, 12h). Head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with Skylla holding trident / Bull butting right; Z above; in exergue, two fish swimming right. Noe, Thurian, Group H, 20 (same dies); HN Italy 1811. Lightly toned, flan crack, struck with worn obverse die, graffito and little off center on reverse. Good Fine.
