S•P•Q•R•OPTIMO PRINCIPI / S C Salus seated left on throne, feeding serpent, rising from lighted altar, out of patera with her right hand, resting her left elbow on armchair and placing her feet on cushion. BMC 807. Cohen 485. RIC 515. Woytek 335b. Boldly struck on a thick and heavy flan and with an attractive olive green patina. Small edge cracks, otherwise, very fine.
