Obverse: Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon; A below neck; Reverse: Athena seated left on throne, with arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background, and holding crowning Nike; AP monogram to inner left. Sporting a deep gray cabinet tone and some delightful hints of lustrous champagne within the protected areas, this RARE type presents a high degree of eye appeal.
