Obverse: St. George's shield within wreath composed of laurel branch and palm frond; Reverse: Two shield bearing St. George's cross (England) and harp (Ireland). This RARE and enchanting specimen features a rather crisp strike upon each side, though a hint of doubling is noted. Meanwhile, the color is a delightful olive-yellow, with some darker orange hues highlighting the devices. The level of wear is seemingly imperceptible, with this near-Mint example being exceeded in the PCGS census by just one other piece.
