ITALY. Florence. Florino d'Oro, ND (1422-1531). Florence Mint. PCGS Genuine--Scratch, UNC Details.
Fr-276. Obverse: St. John the Baptist standing facing, holding cruciform staff and raising hand in benediction; sigla: curved shield; Reverse: Ornate lily of Florence. A sharply struck example with bright, golden-orange hues, this unhandled specimen offers great allure, with its only distraction being the noted scratch below the saint's blessing hand.
