Kanishka standing facing, head left, holding standard and goad; altar to left / Standing Śākyamuni Buddha: Buddha standing facing, hand raised in gesture of abhayamudrā; tamgha to outer left. Cribb, Buddha 15 and pl. 8, 15 (dies f/7 - this coin); MK 785/8; Donum Burns 175; Skanda Collection (Spink-Taisei 9), lot 20 (same dies); Triton IX, lot 1145 (same dies). VF, brown patina. One of the better examples of this type known.
