Nude warrior dismounting from horse galloping left, holding round shield and spear in his left hand; in upper right field, E[Y]; below, [NIKON]. Rev. TAPAΣ Taras astride dolphin left, holding grain ear in his outstretched right hand, and resting his left on dolphin; in left field, [A]PI; in lower right field, horizontal spearhead to right. HN Italy 969. Vlasto 701-703. Light pitting and large flan crack on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
