PA cypher, (more ornamental), date and denom., edge. PAYABLE AT THE HOUSE OF PETER ANDERSON LONDON but very faint, 29.75mm/14.64gm. (DH 249). Normal obv. edge die break, good Extremely Fine with reflection and some lustre, extremely rare 'RRR' with only a few specimens known.
