London – City Road, Thomas Hall (taxidermist, and 'curiosities' exhibition proprietor) Halfpenny 1795, Kangaroo, rhino and armadillo, rev. Citty Rd. address, edge plain. 31mm/9.21gm. (DH 313). Another but different styled rev. with City Rd. spelled correctly 31.25gm/9.80gm. (DH 314). Both good Extremely Fine and both nicely toned with more than hint of original colour. [2]
