Μ - Ε Six-grained ear of barley with leaf to right; in the field to left, herm to right. HN III 1641. Johnson, Bronze, 5. SNG Morcom 277. For another piece from the same dies, with the same obverse die break and doubtless struck at roughly the same time, see CNG e454, 2019, 16. A lovely, elegant coin, with a head of Nike of outstanding quality, and a fine brown-green patina. Die break on the obverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
