Eagle standing left on scepter, holding wreath in its right talon. Iliescu 1. RPC I 1701A. Removed from NGC encapsulation 1869342-009, graded Gem Uncirculated. Lustrous and attractive. Light doubling on the obverse, otherwise, virtually as struck.
