Victoria, proof 'Gothic' florin, 1862, crowned bust left, rev. crowned cruciform shields, plain edge (S.3891; ESC.2849, old ESC.821), certified and graded by NGC as Proof-65, old-time grey and light golden toning, extremely rare (R5 in Bull) and especially so in this exalted condition; one of the more important florins in this great collection and a collecting opportunity
The only one graded as Proof-65 by NGC, none higher.
