Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and shield / Theodosius II seated facing on curule chair and Valentinian III seated facing, both wearing consular robes, both holding mappa and cruciform scepter; star above; CONOB.
