Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and shield / Theodosius II and Valentinian III enthroned facing, both nimbate and wearing consular robes, both holding mappa and cruciform scepter; star above; Є//CONOB.
