Anonymous, circa 217-215 BC. Quadrans (Bronze, 32 mm, 40.91 g, 12 h), Rome. Head of Hercules to right, wearing boar-skin; behind, three pellets (mark of value). Rev. ROMA Bull charging to right; above, three pellets (mark of value); below, snake. Crawford 39/2. RBW 106. Sydenham 94. Scarce. Minor marks on obverse, some roughness on the reverse, otherwise, nearly very fine.
