Testbanknoten: Singapore / Australia: Very rare and hard to get POLYMER Test Banknote SECURENCY (Inovia Security) "25 GUARDIAN" with beutiful design, portrait of a female at center, colorful design with stunning "Moving" red window type security feature at left which is the first time seen like this in the industry. Probably for presenting to customers for later use on issued polymer banknotes. This feature was first time released for a new commemorative issue of 10 Singapore Dollar Polymer banknotes just in October 2015, what makes this test note also a rare part of history for the banknotes in Singapore.
