Lucania. Metapontum. Circa 215-207 BC. Half Shekel (Silver, 20 mm, 3.51 g, 3 h), Punic standard. Head of Athena to right, wearing Corinthian helmet. Rev. ΜΕΤΑ Grain ear with leaf to right; on leaf, owl facing, turned slightly to right and with spread wings. HN III 1634. SNG ANS 550. A lovely toned example. Extremely fine.

This is very possibly the finest example of this type known.
