SATRAPS OF CARIA. Maussolos, circa 377/6-353/2 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 23 mm, 15.17 g, 12 h), Halikarnassos. Laureate head of Apollo facing slightly to right, with drapery below. Rev. MAYΣΣΩΛΛO Zeus Labraundos standing right, holding long scepter in his left hand and double-axe over his right shoulder; between left leg and scepter, O. BMC 3-5 var. (differing letter on reverse).
