INDIA, INDIAN IMITATION. Late 2nd-mid 3rd century. AV (22mm, 6.56 g, 12h). Imitation of Vahrām (Bahram) IV. Sasanian-style but right, wearing winged merlon crown with korymbos / Fire altar with ribbons; attendants flanking. Cf. SNS III Type Ia1/3. Toned, deposits in devices, areas of weak strike. VF. Contemporary ornate tubular mount attached.
