Sweden, Karl XII SM 153 var 2 daler SM (plate money) 1710 2245 g. Avesta. Countermarked with 1718 counterstamp on obverse and Three crowns on reverse. According to the countermarking procedures only plates issued according to coinage act of 1715 should be countermarked. We have found two examples of this phenomenon on a ½ daler 1710, as well as this example of 2 daler 1710 as mentioned in SMB. Unusual variety for the plate money specialist!
