Gold Daric, circa 485-420 BC. Sardes.
Obv: Persian Great King or hero, wearing kidaris and kandys, in kneeling-running stance to right on exergual line, holding apple-tipped spear and strung bow; quiver over shoulder. Rev: rectangular incuse punch.
