SELEUCID KINGDOM. Antiochus III the Great (222-187 BC). AR tetradrachm (29mm, 12h). NGC XF. Uncertain Mint 68 in northern Mesopotamia, from 197 BC, series 2, late in reign. Diademed head of Antiochus III right with pinched, bony features, high forehead, and markedly receding hairline, diadem ends falling straight behind; dotted border / BAΣIΛEΩΣ / ANTI-OXOY, Apollo seated left on omphalus, testing arrow in right hand, left hand on grounded bow; AΣ in outer left field, ΣΩ in outer right field.
