HISP. ANGL. / BAT. CENTUM MILLIUM and date, possible official later strike with new obverse die by Alexis Joseph Depaulis, as engraver's name unclear on obverse, slight cut on the interior of the PCGS plastic not on the medal, a wonderful quality example! PCGS graded Specimen 63.
