Laureate head of Macrinus vis-à-vis bare head of Diadumenian / Nemesis standing facing, head left, holding scales and cubit rule; at feet left, wheel; to right, E (mark of value). H&J, Marcianopolis 6.24.35.4; Varbanov 1210. Dark green patina with earthen highlights, light smoothing. Near EF.
