Alexius I Comnenus. 1081-1118. Æ Tetarteron (16.5mm, 3.68 g, 6h). Constantinople mint. Struck 1092-1093. Christ Pantokrator enthroned facing, raising hand in benediction and holding Gospels / Crowned facing figure of Alexius, wearing loros, holding labarum and globus cruciger. DOC 36; SB 1923. Dark olive green-brown patina with some red. Good VF.
