ELECTROTYPES, CAMPANIA. Hyrianoi. Circa 395-385 BC. Cast "AR Didrachm" (18.5mm, 7.14 g, 12h). Derived from an unsigned British Museum electrotype. Head of Hera Lakinia facing slightly right, wearing ornate stephanos / Man-headed bull standing right. Cf. Head, Guide, Period III.C., 3 (for electrotype); GPCG pl. 25, 4 (for prototype). As made. An exceptionally fine electrotype.
