Attractive 1762 1 Rigsdaler Courant

Pick-A24a. Rønning-S32a. Sieg-30A. Bruun-9.The first date for the second issue. Much nicer than the piece pictured in Sieg, which is dated 1763. Issued until 1765, although only 1762 and 1763 dates are known to exist. A wholesome, problem-free circulated example, with strong originality and good color. Tied finest in the PMG population report along with just one other example (offered in the next lot, Bruun-10), which are the only two notes graded of this type.
