A few discreet peckmarks takes nothing away from the fact that this is a truly stunning example with an almost unbelievable luster and razor-sharp details. Rare.
This coin was a part of the important hoard found at Kongsø Plantation (Mid-Jutland) in 1905 and acquired by Bruun in an exchange with the Royal Coin Cabinet at the Danish National Museum.
