Dav-8694; SM-109; Delzanno-10; Hagander-5; Bruun-11444. Weight: 28.66 gms. Mintmaster: Anders Hansson. An excessively rare type, this being the smaller portrait version with the king holding scepter and orb. Some double striking on both sides and golden toning, reverse with mottled patina.
An important piece of Swedish Numismatic history - 1534 being the first year, Dalers/Talers were struck in Sweden - and with an impressive provenance.
