- “Concordia Numismatic” is an Austrian company and organizes auctions of ancient, medieval and modern coins, as well as weights and seals. Sales take place on the “Biddr” platform (https://www.biddr.com/). Auction registration confirms on acceptance of the current auction rules.

- In order to use the e-procurement service, bids are submitted by registering in Concordia Numismatic through tender providers. Any person who is of age, responsible and collusive can bid. The bidder is responsible for the personal information he / she wrote while registering. Users must read and agree to the terms and conditions of sale for Concordia Numismatic e-auctions in order to participate in sales. The bidders undertake to pay for the won lots and transmit up-to-date data such as name, surname, date of birth, billing address, delivery address and e-mail.

- All bids are in EUR. The highest Bidder after the hammer falls, after the third call has legally bought the lot, written bids have priority. The successful Bidder has confirmed himself personally to the purchases made. He is not able to act on behalf of a third party.

- All bids are subject to a Buyer’s Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid: The Buyer’s Premium per lot is 20% (+VAT on buyer's premium within the EU; read more about VAT further down).

- We are not responsible for delays and recipient’s country customs regulations. The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and fees due for the delivery of lots outside the EU.

- Acceptance of Bids: The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or accept bids at their sole discretion. The auctioneer may also refuse bids from individuals who have previously disrupted the auction process or violated auction rules.

- Right to Withdraw: The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel or modify an auction at any time prior to the close of the sale without any liability, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or other reasons that may impact the integrity or smooth operation of the auction.

- Payment Terms: The buyer is required to pay the hammer price and any applicable fees within a specified timeframe after the end of the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to take legal action or otherwise dispose of the auctioned item if the buyer fails to fulfill their payment obligations.

If the customer is using the payment method offered by PayPal, the payment is processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: "PayPal"), subject to the PayPal Terms of Use, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua /user agreement-full or - if the customer does not have a PayPal account - subject to the conditions for payments without a PayPal account, which can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax- full.

The invoice amount is due within 20 days. The invoice is canceled if unpaid after 30 days from the end of the action.

DHL:
- DHL Express shipping Europe only: 23.5 EUR.
- DHL Express shipping Austria: 9,50 EUR.
Austrian Post Priority-shipping, worldwide:
- “Austrian Post Priority-Fast-shipping” Europe (registered mail and tracking number, insured up to 100 EUR): 15 EUR
- “Austrian Post Priority-Fast-shipping” Austria (registered mail and tracking number, insured up to 100 EUR): 8 EUR
- “Austrian Priority-Post Fast-shipping” USA & America, Africa, Canada & Australia (with registered mail and tracking number, insured up to 100 EUR), and rest of world: 30 Euro

By default, our products are shipped via postal service. For customers who are not willing to proceed with postal service shipping (countries outside the EU-area) and do not agree with the terms and conditions stated herein, we kindly request you to contact us to inquire about alternative shipping options. Please note that for postal service shipping (Post Priority), we guarantee a maximum amount of 100 euros in case of package loss. If the value of the lost package exceeds 100 euros, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase to arrange additional insurance for the package (additional expenses are to be paid by the buyer.). By purchasing and accepting our products, you agree that in the event of package loss during postal service shipping, our liability is limited to a maximum of 100 euros, unless additional insurance has been arranged. While we strive to make the shipping process as secure as possible, we are not liable for any losses or damages that occur during postal service shipping, unless additional insurance has been agreed upon.

If there should be several bids of the same amount, the first one received will be awarded/winner.

Value Added Tax Notice on Buyer's Premium:
Value Added Tax Notice: According to Austrian regulations, a value-added tax of 20% will be applied only to our profit, which corresponds to the buyer's premium of 20% added to the hammer price. This VAT is payable in addition to the bid amount and will be clearly indicated in the invoice.

Info:
The purchased coins/orders will be shipped to the address (delivery address) entered in the biddr account of the customer. The customer must ensure that the entry is correct. Concordia Numismatic is not liable if there is an error in the entry.
Please notice that the procedure for exporting ancient and medieval coins outside the EU may require an export authorization. Obtaining a permit is time consuming and can take up to 45 days. In this case, the delivery time may take up to 60 days.

We do not accept returns unless:
- coins are not original
- grossly inconsistent with the description. Please take into account that the most important part of the description is the photography.

- We guarantee the authenticity of all coins and items sold by Concordia Numismatic. Any item found to be non-original will be exchanged for a full refund of the purchase price. The burden of proof lies with the buyer. All coins in our auction have been counterchecked by experts.
