1. This is an internet only auction being conducted by London Coin Galleries (LCG) on VAuctions. All bids must be placed online; no phone bids will be accepted. Items for sale on this site are the property of various consignors. LCG reserves the right to cancel any bid or withdraw any lot without prior notification.

2. All winning bids are subject to a 10% buyer's fee. An additional 2% (VAT) will be added to all successful bidders within the EU.

3. All shipments are made from our London, UK gallery and are insured to their full value. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties levied on shipments to destinations outside of the United Kindgom.

4. All estimates and bids are expressed in GBP Sterling and all invoices will be issued in GBP Sterling. Payment must be made by check (drawn on a UK bank), money order, wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or cash.

5. Title does not pass until all items are paid in full. Invoices are due immediately upon receipt. All invoices not paid within 14days will be subject to a late fee of 2% per month. In the event a lot is not paid for within 30 days, it will be re-offered. The original buyer will be liable for any fees and expenses associated with re-offering the lot, and will also be liable for any difference in selling price and buyer's fee if the subsequent sales price is lower.

6. All items are guaranteed to be genuine. Attributions and grades are not guaranteed and represent the opinion of LCG, which makes every effort to correctly catalogue and describe items that it offers for auction.

7. LCG does not hold approval sales. Attribution, date, condition and other descriptions are the opinion of the cataloguer, and no warranty is expressed or implied. Lots may be returned only in the case of extreme misdescription or lack of authenticity. Lots examined by the successful bidder prior to the close of the sale may be returned only in the case of lack of authenticity. Any claim of misdescription must be made within 14 days of receipt of material. Coins that have been encapsulated in a holder by a third party grading service may not be returned for any reason if the coin has been removed from the holder. All literature and bullion sales are final and may not be returned for any reason. Any claim for lack of authenticity must be made in writing within 14 days days of receipt of the item and within 30 days it should be accompanied with the expertise of at least two (2) recognized numismatists of the series.

8. PRIVACY POLICY - A note about our views on privacy: we respect the privacy of our customers and the trust they place in us when they bid in LCG Auctions. We do not disclose customer information of any kind to anyone outside our firm. All information which you supply to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and other personal information, must be truthful and accurate. We respect your privacy and promise to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. However, in the event that we suspect fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activity, we reserve the right to supply your information to law enforcement agencies.

9. By placing a bid on any item, you agree that you have read and agree to all terms of sale. Placing a bid constitutes a legal and binding contract.
