COINS
Our items are unconditionally guaranteed to be genuine and not tooled. Coins purchased may be returned for any reason up to 10 days after receipt. Any coins that have been cleaned, damaged, or altered by the purchaser are not returnable.

BIDS
Prices and bids are in U.S. Dollars only.

The Fontanille Coins bid auctions are posted on the 1st day of each month at 6:00 PM E.T. (Eastern Time Zone - New York). Depending of the configuration of the week, they end about 5-7 days later at the same hour (the last day of each auction is written at the top of the home page: www.fontanillecoins.com) The bids must be sent by email (jp.fontanille@sympatico.ca). In the case of identical bids, the earliest bid wins.

The final price is 5% above the 2nd highest bid. For example, if your bid of $2,000 is the highest and if the 2nd bid is 1,000, then the final price is $1,050 ($1,000 + 5%)

PAYMENTS
We accept bank wires, money orders and personal checks in US Dollars only. All payments by money order or personal check from persons unknown to us must clear appropriate banks before the coins will be mailed. Payment must be made within 10 days from the sale. Upon receipt of lots, the buyer assumes full responsibility for loss or damage.
In the event a successful bidder fails to make full payment within 10 days of the auction date, we reserve the right to deem the sale cancelled and to resell the material.

MAILING
All our coins are mailed via registered mail, for free.
