Terms of Sale

1. BUYING AND PAYMENT

Buyer has ten (10) days to pay for the items and retrieve them. Buyer must pay the hammer price plus fifteen percents (15%) as auction fee. If buyer fails to pay, a fine of five percents (5%) per month is introduced, starting from the auction day.

If buyer has not paid within thirty (30) days, then the pruchase is canceled. Buyer must compensate to Coin Auction all the profits and costs (including the fee).

After the hammer, responsibility for the purchased items move to buyer, irrespective if client has paid for the items or not.

Buyers at the auction hall must pay full sum during or immediately after the auction and take command of the items.

2. EXPORT

The export of the items will be done according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

3. AUCTION FEE

Auction fee of fifteen percents (15%) will be added to the hammer price for each purchased item. For example, if an item is sold for one hundred (100) euros, then the buyer must pay one hundred fifteen (115) euros. This sum includes taxes.

4. BUYING AND VIEWING THE ITEMS

Coin Auction gives about every item as precise details as possible. Buyer has a right to familiarize oneself with the items at the viewing times before the auction. Protests and complaints will not be accepted after the hammer.

5. CANCELLING THE PURCHASE

If the item bought from the Coin Auction proves to be fake or differs significantly some other way from the details given in the catalogue, then the Coin Auction can cancel the deal, before giving the item over to the buyer.

6. TRANSPORTATION

All transportation issues must be solved by the buyer. If items are sent to the buyer using the postal services, then the buyer assumes full responsibility.
