These terms and conditions of sale apply to all of our Electronic Auctions conducted by ICE Auction Galleries with Invaluable & NumisBids.


This is an electronic auction which takes place on registration, on the internet, at a given date & time, in partnership with www.invaluable.com. There are NO printed catalogues & NO bid sheet.


However, Absentee Bids are accepted by Internet on:

The buyer is determined by ICE Auction Galleries &/or by Invaluable as the bidder who placed the highest bid for each lot.

ICE Auction Galleries is not responsible for the buyer's errors in bidding. The Buyer agrees general terms and conditions as written on Internet by bidding. If any legal action should arise, the Court of Dublin has jurisdiction for both parties.

By bidding each bidder agrees to pay the Buyer’s Premium of 15% + VAT (23%), shall be added to the hammer price for each lot. Additional fees will be considered for shipping and special request on the final invoice.

All prices are listed in Euro. The bids starts at the lower estimate. No bids under this limit will be accepted.



Payment Instructions: We will accept only payment by WIRE and PAYPAL.

Additional fees must be added for PayPal (4,5% + €9,50 for service charge), the full payment must be sent to:iceauctiongalleries@gmail.com.

Payments are due within 15 days. Returns must be made within 7 business days at the date of the delivery. Lots of multiple coins are sold as one lot and cannot be returned.


We would like to inform you that ALL offers between two increments are automatically registered by the system to the minor step.

For example, the starting price is 100 euros. You want to offer 133 euros so you put a bid of 133 euros. The system will register 130 euros. If you would bid 136 euros, the system will register 135 euros.

THE AUTHENTICITY IS GUARANTED WITHOUT LIMIT OF TIME. Objections can only be considered within 7 days from the receipt of the coins. If any legal action should arise both parties will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dublin. Every buyer is personally liable for all purchases made, he cannot claim to act for a third person.
