1. All sales will be paid in euros (€), VAT included in the purchase price and subject to Spanish taxation on second hand items. According to European legislation VAT tax can not be detailed as all sales are made final inside the Spanish territory.
2. The total price of sale will include 18 % on the price of adjudication. The numismatic pieces will be shipped assured by their total value by means of certified mail or messenger company, the postage and handling and assurance will be at the expense of the buyer.
3. For the clients who could not be present personally at the room we offer the service of order of bid, phone bidding and on-line bidding on real time. The lots will be sold at the as low as possible price, the order of bid prevails over the room. In case of coincidence of the orders bid priority will be given to the previously received in our offices.
The increases will adjust as general norm of the following form:
Between 0€ and 100€ an increase of 5€ is applied
Between 101€ and 200€ an increase of 10€ is applied
Between 201€ and 500€ an increase of 20€ is applied
Between 501€ and 1000€ an increase of 50€ is applied
Between 1001€ and 3000€ an increase of 100€ is applied
Between 3001€ and 10.000€ an increase of 250€ is applied
From 10.001€ a minimal increase of 500€ is applied.
Like explanation and in order that this condition turns out to be more explicit we include the following example. A lot with a starting price of 1000€ receives an order of bid of 2500€, does not mean that this one is going to be the price of adjudication but they will be compared with the orders received previously and with those of the room, let’s put as example that the highest out of 1600€, thus the price of adjudication will be of 1700 €.
4. The order of bid will have to be sent by post, fax, e-mail or telephonically, in the latter case we request him re-confirm it for some written way. Amounts will not be admitted under the starting price and will have to be done in Euros
5. Any form of payment different from the cash payment must be negotiated before, in this supposition Ibercoin will keep in his power the numismatic pieces up to his total liquidation.
6. Only for the case of sales in auction 2% additional will be loaded in case of payment by means of credit card VISA or MARTERCARD and 5% additional in case of paying by PayPal.
7. All foreign currency will be subject to the domestic rate of change provided by our bank rates.
8. Subastas Ibercoin reserves the right to cancel the sale and to keep the lots when the buyer has not satisfied the payment in thirty days later to the accomplishment of the auction, without this fact supposes the resignation to its rights and consequent claims.
9. Ibercoin keeps the right of admission to the room of auction, as well as of declining any order of bid that could alter the normal development of the auction. Ibercoin will have legal authority to annul, to reunify or to alter the order of sale of those lots that to his criterion turns out to be more opportune.
10. The descriptions of the present catalogue have been meticulously realized by our technical team which guaranteed his condition and genuineness, in any case, if some not mentioned fault was concerning someone of the pieces this one will be able to be returned in the space of ten days. Into the lots that avenge described by the expression “A EXAMINAR” returns will not be admitted, it is for it that bids ask to abstain from being expressed by them if it has not been checked previously and in addition one agrees in his state and in this condition.
11. It is the obligation of the buyer to observe the tax and customs provisions in force in Spain. In the case of export, it is the buyer's responsibility to observe the customs and exchange regulations in force in Spain, as well as the regulations in this regard issued in the Ley de Patrimonio Histórico Español, 16/85 of June 25 and Royal Decrees of Partial Development of the Law. The amounts of the Export Rate will be borne by the buyer. The organizers of the auction, declines all responsibility for the possible consequences of the non-observance of these provisions.
12. Any litigation will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, and the buyer resigns expressly any other jurisdiction that could correspond him.
13. The present conditions will be considered to be accepted in the moment of the receipt of the
order of bid or of the participation in the auction.





1. Todas las ventas se considerarán al contado y en euros (€), IVA incluido y sometido al régimen especial de bienes usados, objetos de arte, antigüedades y objetos de colección. Según obliga la legislación comunitaria el impuesto del IVA no podrá ser desglosado, las ventas se considerarán a todos los efectos realizadas en territorio español.
2. El precio total de venta incluirá un 18% sobre el precio de adjudicación. Las piezas numismáticas serán enviadas, aseguradas por su valor total, mediante correo certificado o mensajería. Los gastos de envío y seguro correspondientes serán por cuenta del comprador.
3. Para los clientes que no puedan asistir personalmente a la sala ofrecemos el servicio de orden de puja, puja telefónica y puja on-line en tiempo real. Los lotes son vendidos al precio más bajo posible, prevaleciendo la orden de puja sobre la sala. En caso de coincidencia con las órdenes de puja se dará prioridad a la recibida en nuestras oficinas anteriormente.
Los incrementos se ajustarán como norma general de la siguiente forma:
Entre 0€ y 50€ se aplica un incremento de 2€
Entre 51€ y 100€ se aplica un incremento de 5€
Entre 101€ y 200€ se aplica un incremento de 10€
Entre 201€ y 500€ se aplica un incremento de 20€
Entre 501€ y 1000€ se aplica un incremento de 50€
Entre 1001€ y 3000€ se aplica un incremento de 100€
Entre 3001€ y 10.000€ se aplica un incremento de 250€
Entre 10.001€ y 20.000€ se aplica un incremento de 500€
A partir de 20.001€ se aplica un incremento de 1.000€
A modo de aclaración y para que esta condición resulte más explícita incluimos el siguiente ejemplo. Un lote con un precio de salida de 1000€ por que el que se recibe una orden de puja de 2500€, no significa que este vaya a ser el precio de adjudicación sino que se compararán con las órdenes recibidas anteriormente y con las de la sala. Pongamos como ejemplo que la más alta fuera de 1600€, de este modo el precio de adjudicación sería de 1700€.
Subastas Ibercoin, S.L. no se responsabilizará de la interrupción de la modalidad on-line por causas de fuerza mayor o deficiencias imputables a terceros.
4. La orden de puja deberá ser remitida por correo, fax, email o telefónicamente. En este último caso le rogamos lo reconfirme por algún medio escrito. No se admitirán importes inferiores al precio de salida y estos deberán ser hechos en Euros. El precio de salida es el precio mínimo al que puede adjudicarse un lote no admitiéndose pujas por debajo del mismo ni con decimales.
5. Cualquier forma de pago diferente al pago al contado debe ser comunicada previamente, en este supuesto Subastas Ibercoin, S.L. mantendrá en su poder las piezas numismáticas hasta su total liquidación.
6. Solamente para el caso de ventas en subasta se cargará un 2% adicional en caso de pago mediante tarjeta de crédito VISA o MASTERCARD y un 5% en caso de pagos a través de Paypal.
7. Cualquier pago efectuado en una divisa diferente será regularizado por el contravalor aplicado por nuestra entidad bancaria.
8. Subastas Ibercoin, S.L. se reserva el derecho de anular la venta y disponer de los lotes cuando el comprador no haya satisfecho el pago dentro de los treinta días posteriores a la realización de la subasta, sin que este hecho suponga la renuncia a sus derechos y consiguientes reclamaciones.
9. Subastas Ibercoin, S.L. se reserva el derecho de admisión a la sala de subasta, así como la de declinar cualquier orden de puja que pueda alterar el normal desarrollo de la subasta. Subastas Ibercoin, S.L. tendrá potestad para anular, reunificar o alterar el orden de venta de aquellos lotes que a su criterio resulte más oportuno.
10. Las descripciones del presente catálogo han sido meticulosamente realizadas por nuestro equipo técnico el cual garantiza su estado y autenticidad. En cualquier caso, si algún defecto no descrito en el catálogo afectara a alguna de las piezas esta podrá ser devuelta en el plazo de diez días. En los lotes que vengan descritos por la expresión “A EXAMINAR” no se admitirán devoluciones, es por ello que rogamos abstenerse de emitir pujas por ellos si no se ha revisado con anterioridad.
11. Es obligación del comprador observar las disposiciones fiscales y aduaneras vigentes en España. En el caso de exportación, incumbe al comprador observar las disposiciones aduaneras y cambiarias vigentes en España, así como la normativa a este respecto dictada en la Ley de Patrimonio Histórico Español, 16/85 de 25 de junio y Reales Decretos de desarrollo Parcial de la Ley. Los importes de la Tasa de exportación, correrán por cuenta del comprador. Los organizadores de la subasta, declinan toda responsabilidad por las eventuales consecuencias de la inobservancia de dichas disposiciones.
12. Cualquier litigio será sometido a los tribunales de Madrid, y el comprador renuncia expresamente a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderle. El texto que obliga a las partes implicadas en la subasta es el publicado en español.
13. Se considerarán aceptadas las presentes condiciones en el momento de la recepción de la orden
