Once you have registered with 2020 Auctions you will be able to bid online in any of our sales. You should keep your account details strictly confidential and you must not permit any third party to use or access your account on your behalf or otherwise. You will be liable for any and all bids made via your account.
Our sales are run on EasyLive (www.easylive.com) and are therefore also available on their website for Online Bidding at an additional cost of 3% of total purchase price, or a flat rate of £3 per auction. Please note these charges do not apply if bidding directly with 2020 Auctions.

Online Bidding Process
During a Sale, you can bid for a lot by clicking the Bid button. Each bid shall be final and binding as soon as you click the Bid button.
The current bid will be displayed on your screen during the Sale. In the event of a tie between a bid placed by you online and any other identical bid(s) (including auto bids, and other online bid(s), it will be at the auctioneer's discretion as to which bid shall be accepted.
You acknowledge that you are bidding in a live auction and you agree that each bid submitted as provided in these terms and conditions is irrevocable. Bids submitted in error, if notified to us immediately, will be reviewed individually and at our discretion. You accept full liability for all bids submitted via your Online Bidding account (including the liability to pay in full and on time for any lot that is the subject of a successful bid submitted from your account).
Please note that 2020 Auctions reserves the right to reject a registration to bid online, withdraw its permission for you to use Online Bidding, or terminate an Online Bidding account, for any reason at any time prior to, during or after a Sale.

After the Sale
You will receive email notification following a sale confirming which lots you have been successful in purchasing, if any. An invoice will also be produced and sent to you in the case of a successful purchase.
You agree to pay for any lot that is the subject of a successful bid submitted by you or from your Online Bidding account, the total cost to include the buyer’s premium and any relevant shipping costs. Shipping costs will be as set out in our Shipping Policy.

Privacy and Personal Information
You consent to the collection and use of your personal information by 2020 Auctions for the purpose of creating your registration, participating in one or more auctions and using the website. 2020 Auctions will not disclose personal information to any third parties. For more information on how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed please see our Privacy Policy.

International Terms
Our online auctions will be available to buyers worldwide. Please note however that sales will be conducted in GBP, and therefore all payments and transactions will be completed in GBP only. It is up to the buyer to determine any conversion to alternative currencies and we suggest ensuring you are familiar with these prior to bidding in a sale.
We aim not to include any lots in our auctions which will be prevented from being delivered to a country selected by the buyer to which it is to be shipped. However, any lot sold may be subject to laws on import/export and many countries require a declaration of export for property leaving the country and/or an import declaration on entry of property into the country. 2020 Auctions do not accept any liability for duties incurred by any purchases on delivery, these are solely the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly suggest ensuring you are familiar with any laws relevant to the country you are shipping to before bidding in a sale.

Limitations Of 2020 Auctions’ Liability
The Online Bidding service is used entirely at your own risk. Access to and use of Online Bidding is dependent upon, among other things, the availability of the internet and the speed and quality of internet connections.
