The auction takes place on behalf of the bidders, on behalf and the account of the owners of the items who remain anonymous.

• The winner of the auction is obliged to settle the payment within 14 days from the end of the auction.

• The condition for participation in the auction is prior registration, unambiguous with the acceptance of this
regulations.
• The auction participant is granted a loan for expenditure on the auction, above which he can not bid.
• The Auction Participant may request an increase in the expenditure credit, however the Organizer reserves itself the right to condition this request with the payment of a deposit.
• Viewing auction items is available to Auction Participants at the Organizer's office or other place indicated by the organizer after prior announcement of the visit.
• Auction participants taking part in the auction will be treated as if they were watching objects and studying them state of preservation.
• The auction ends after the price has been called three times and its approval (landing) and the winner
the bidder is the bidder who offered the approved price.

• The currency of the auction is Polish Zloty and the value expressed in this currency is the basis for settlements. Organizer accepts the settlement of the equivalent of the amount due in EURO and USD currencies according to the average table exchange rates of the National Bank of Poland on the day of the auction.

• Collection or shipment of items:
1. Items will be handed over to the winner of the auction, or to the person authorized by him, after
receipt by the Organizer of full payment.

3. The costs of shipping domestic auction orders worth up to Poland 1,000 are PLN 15 and cover them buyer. The shipment is insured and carried out by a courier company

• Items with a value of over PLN 16,000 may be exported permanently outside of Poland only after obtaining the permission of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
The rules for exporting and issuing export permits are regulated by the Act of 23.07.2003 on protection
monuments and taking care of monuments "with later amendments.
• Obligation to obtain appropriate export licenses rests with the Bidder and Organizer does not mediate in this procedure.
• For the legal defects of the object, the person placing the item is responsible for the auction.

• The place for resolving any disputes is the District Court for the city competent for the Organizer Rzeszow.




Regulamin Aukcji
Organizatorem aukcji jest Rzeszowski Dom Aukcyjny sp. z O.O. Pl. Kilińskiego 2, 35-005 Rzeszów. , NIP;

Aukcja odbywa się w imieniu licytujących, na zlecenie i rachunek właścicieli przedmiotów, którzy pozostają
anonimowi.
Oppłłaattaa aauukkccyyjjnnaa wyynnoossii 1155% i doliczana jest do wylicytowanej kwoty. Opłata zawiera już w sobie
podatek VAT.
Zwycięzca licytacji jest zobowiązany do uurreegguulloowaanniiaa nnaalleeżżnnoośśccii w cciiąągguu 1144 ddnnii od zakończenia
licytacji.
Po upływie tego terminu Organizator ma prawo anulować nieopłacone zamówienia aukcyjne, bądź
rozpocząć naliczanie odsetek ustawowych za zwłokę.
Autentyczność oferowanych przedmiotów jest gwarantowana przez Organizatora bezterminowo, chyba że
w opisie danego przedmiotu zaznaczono inaczej.
Warunkiem uczestnictwa w aukcji jest wcześniejsza rejestracja, jednoznaczna z akceptacją niniejszego
regulaminu.
Uczestnikowi aukcji przyznawany jest kredyt wydatków na aukcję, powyżej którego nie może On licytować.
Uczestnik aukcji może poprosić o zwiększenie kredytu wydatków, przy czym Organizator zastrzega sobie
prawo uwarunkowania tej prośby wpłatą wadium.
Oglądanie przedmiotów aukcyjnych dostępne jest dla Uczestników aukcji, w siedzibie Organizatora lub
innym wskazanym przez organizatora miejscu po uprzednim zaanonsowaniu wizyty.
Uczestnicy aukcji biorący udział w licytacji będą traktowani tak jakby oglądali przedmioty i studiowali ich
stan zachowania.
Zakończenie licytacji następuje po trzykrotnym wywołaniu ceny i jej zatwierdzeniu (przybiciu), a zwycięzcą
licytacji zostaje ten jej Uczestnik, który zaoferował zatwierdzoną cenę.

Walutą aukcji jest Polski Złoty i wartość wyrażona w tej walucie stanowi podstawę rozliczeń. Organizator
akceptuje regulowanie równowartości należnej kwoty w walutach EURO i USD według tabeli średnich
kursów walu Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia przeprowadzenia aukcji.

Odbiór lub wysyłka przedmiotów:
1. Przedmioty zostaną przekazane zwycięzcy licytacji, lub osobie przez niego upoważnionej, po
otrzymaniu przez Organizatora pełnej należności.
2. Wylicytowane przedmioty można odebrać z siedziby Organizatora, po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu z
Organizatorem szczegółów odbioru.
3. Koszty wysyłki krajowej zamówień aukcyjnych o wartości do 3.000 zł wynoszą 20 zł i pokrywa je
nabywca. Wysyłka jest ubezpieczona i realizowana przez firmę kurierską
4. Koszty wysyłki zagranicznej pokrywa nabywca. Forma i koszt takiej wysyłki każdorazowo ustalany
jest indywidualnie.

Zasady wywozu i wydawania zezwoleń na wywóz reguluje "Ustawa z dnia 23.07.2003 O ochronie

Obowiązek uzyskania stosownych pozwoleń wywozowych spoczywa na Zwycięzcy licytacji i Organizator nie
pośredniczy w tej procedurze.
Za wady prawne przedmiotu odpowiedzialność ponosi wstawiający przedmiot na aukcję .
Niniejszy regulamin został sporządzony w języku polskim i opublikowany w tymże języku, jak i opublikowany
w tłumaczeniu na języki obce, przy czym w kwestiach spornych moc prawną ma jedynie polski tekst
regulaminu.
Miejscem rozstrzygania ewentualnych sporów jest właściwy dla Organizatora Sąd Rejonowy dla miasta
Rzeszowa.
