All prices will be in United States Dollars (Hereinafter USD). payment for the sold items will be made in USD or in Israeli Sheqel (Hereinafter ILS) according to the representative rate of the ILS to the USD in the day of the auction or the actual payment day, the higher of the two.
3) Participation in the auction requires a initial registration. The auction house reserve the right to approve or deny the applicant without the need to explain or to justify the denial.

8) The auction house commission is 20% of the highest bid plus VAT (value added tax)/ payment for the item and the auction house commission will be made not later than 7 days after the end of the auction
On Gold notes there is no buyer commission
9) Payment will be made via bank transfer and/or cash and/or the auction house paypal account (Plus 5% paypal fees) and/or a bankers or a personal check (Delivery of the item only after full clearing of the check)
Credit cards accepted. On card registered out side of Israel there is 3% charge. American dinners not accepted.
10) At the request of the buyer the auction house may pack and send the item to the buyer via registered mail or courier delivery at additional cost.
11) The auction house will advise the buyer in advance on the mailing cost
12) In case of complains the auction house will professionally and honestly examine the complain and will reply in not more than 3 days. In case a complain was found justified, the buyer will return the item and the auction house will refund the buyer.
