BUYING DURING THE AUCTION IN AUCTION HALL
1. To buy items during the auction, you must register yourself. You must fill in the Auction Registering form at the auction hall and submit it with a valid document (passport, driver's licence or ID card) to the Coin Auction teller. Teller will register you and give you an paddle with your auction participant number. (If you already are a Coin Auction client and have the client number, you must fill in only the client number, name and signature fields of the Auction Registering form).
2. By raising your PADDLE you note the auctioneer about your bid. If the auctioneer calls your PADDLE NUMBER after the hammer hit with the final price, then it means that you have obtained the item. While purchasing, please keep in mind, that in addition to the hammer price you must pay the auction fee of (15%) fifteen percent of the hammer price.
3. To pay for the ITEM(S) you must submit your PADDLE to the Coin Auction teller. After the payment the teller will give you papers to prove the purchase – one is the invoice and the other one is the note of delivery. Teller will sign one of the papers.
4. To receive the ITEMS, that you have paid for, you must present both papers to the hall clerk, who will deliver your items. Please make sure, that correct items are delivered. The invoice will be yours to keep. The note of delivery will be kept by Coin Auction as a proof of the delivery of item. The clerk will take your signature on it after all the items are delivered.
5. Please return your PADDLE before you leave the auction hall.
6. You will automatically receive CLIENT NUMBER by PARTICIPATING in the Coin Auction auction.
7. You must register as a buyer for each auction to receive BUYER NUMBER and a PADDLE with it.


BUYING BY AN ABSENTEE BID IN AUCTION HALL
1. To leave an absentee bid in Coin Auction auction hall, please fill in the Absentee Bid form and submit it with a valid document (passport, driver's licence or ID card) to the Coin Auction teller. While leaving an ABSENTEE BID, please keep in mind, that in addition to the hammer price you must pay the AUCTION FEE of (15%) fifteen percent of the hammer price.
2. You must be a Coin Auction client and have a CLIENT NUMBER to make ABSENTEE BID. You can register to be a client at Coin Auction hall (or on our web page) by filling in a registering form and submiting it with a valid document.
3. If you leave an ABSENTEE BID, Coin Auction will represent you at the auction. (For example: Item's price is 1000 EUR. You make a bid of 5000 EUR. The best absentee bid before you is 2000 EUR. Raising step is 200 EUR. Auctioneer will start selling the item from 2200 EUR. If nobody bids at the auction hall, then you will get the item for 2200 EUR plus AUCTION FEE (15% of the HAMMER PRICE.)
4. You can leave absentee bid until the end of the pre-auction viewing time.
5. Bought item(s) can be received at Coin Auction hall after the auction or from our shop (Dunkri 9) after the auction at open times.
6. To confirm your purchases by ABSENTEE BID your CLIENT NUMBER is marked after the item number in the auction sales list.
7. Leaving an ABSENTEE BID does not exclude your presence or bidding at the auction using a BUYER NUMBER. Please be attentive not to bid against yourself.


BUYING BY AN ABSENTEE BID FROM THE COIN AUCTION WEB PAGE
1.Everything previously stated in this document applies. You must register yourself as a Coin Auction CLIENT and fill requested forms in the auction hall or on our web page. If you are a Coin Auction client (with username and password), you can leave absentee bid(s) through the web page (until the end of the pre-auction viewing time).


ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
1.PAYMENT IN CASH can be done in the auction hall. You can pay in euros (EUR).
2.Maximum accepted payment with card is (20000 EUR) twenty thousand euros.
3.Paying by a MONEY TRANSFER to the Coin Auction account you will receive the item after the transfer has been confirmed.

BUYING AND PAYMENT

Buyer has ten (10) days to pay for the items and retrieve them. Buyer must pay the hammer price plus ten (10) percent as the auction fee. If buyer fails to pay, a fine of five (5) percent per month is introduced, starting from the auction day.

If buyer has not paid within thirty (30) days, then the purchase is cancelled. Buyer must compensate to Coin Auction all the profits and costs (including the auction fee).

After the hammer the responsibility for the purchased item moves to the buyer, irrespective if client has paid for the items or not.

EXPORT

The export of the items will be done according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

AUCTION FEE

Auction fee of ten (10) percent will be added to the hammer price for each purchased item. For example, if an item is sold for one hundred (100) €, then the buyer must pay one hundred ten (110) €. This sum includes taxes.

BUYING AND VIEWING THE ITEMS

Coin Auction gives about every item as precise details as possible. Buyer can familiarize oneself with the item before the auction on the auction web page. Protests and complaints will not be accepted after the hammer.

CANCELLING THE PURCHASE

If the item bought from the Coin Auction proves to be fake or differs some other way significantly from the details given in the catalogue, then the Coin Auction can cancel the deal, before giving the item over to the buyer.

TRANSPORTATION

If buyer has requested transport by post, then ten (10) € are added to the invoice.

If items are sent to the buyer using the postal services, then the buyer assumes full responsibility.
