1. The auctioneer lifetime guarantees the authenticity of any and all coins and items sold. Any items found to be not authentic will be exchanged for a full refund of the purchase price. Any claim will be considered only if presented within 30 days after the sale (for the coins sent by mail will be considered the date of the postal office). Af-ter 30 days we are not responsible. Any items found to be not authentic will be ex-changed for a full refund of the purchase price. The burden of proof lies with the buy-er.

2. We make all auctions through biddr.ch, so all bidders must register for the auction. As auctioneer we have the right to cancel any bids and also exclude persons from the participation in the web auction at its own discretion without stating the reasons.

3. Payment and Shipping: The items bought should be paid within 10 days. Payment must be made in pounds sterling.

4. All sales are in GBP.

5. There will be a 13.5% Buyer’s Fee added to the hammer price.

6. Payment method: Buyers shall pay by one of these methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, in Cash (only in GBP) or Cheque.

7. Foreign cheques will not be accepted.

8. We require seven days to clear cheques.

9. The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and fees due for delivery and bank transfer-ring outside the UK.

10. Buyers are personally responsible for their own purchases and cannot claim to act on the account or instructions of a third party. Adjudication occurs on the fall of the ham-mer and commits the bidder to acceptance of the lot.

11. Items will be dispatched whiten 2 working days after clear payment.
