If you wish to bid during the live auction, please double-click to confirm your bid.
The auction sale occurs by upward bidding in € / Euro currency.
A buyer's premium of 20% will be added on top of the hammer price.
Lots are assigned to the highest bidder. In case of two even bids the lot will be assigned to the first placed bid.
Every bidder is considered to buy for him or herself.
Orders will be sent after the invoice has been paid in full.
Ownership of the lots remains with the seller until payment has been done in full.

Bid increments:
From - To = Increment
€0 - €50 = €2.
€50 - €100 = €5.
€100 - €250 = €10.
€250 - €500 = €25.
€500 - €1000 = €50.
€1000 - €2500 = €100.
€2500 - €5000 = €250.
€5000 - €10000 = €500.
€10000 - And Up = €1000.
A live bid button will appear on the page once the auction goes live.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €10 and €25 for worldwide shipping. These amounts may differ for larger orders.

Outside the Eurozone, we only ship orders by envelope to make the customs process easier. We can send 10 to 15 PMG certified notes for this amount or in total up to a maximum weight of 500 grams per order. Larger orders mean more envelopes and this will lead to higher shipping costs. If you want to have everything shipped in one package with a larger order, we ask you to contact us first.

Payments accepted: Bank transfers within the Eurozone, bank transfer via wise.com, world bank transfer with option (SHA + €15) / (OUR + €0) / (BEN not accepted), credit card + 3%, regular PayPal payment + 5%, PayPal friends/family € / EURO currency option at no extra cost, and you can pay cash at pick-up at our office. Checks are not accepted. Payment due in 7 days.
I would like to inform you that we are currently having difficulties accepting credit cards. We hope to resolve this issue soon. In the meantime, we offer you all kinds of other payment options. At the moment we can settle a maximum of EUR 2000 per transaction. For larger orders, you will receive multiple payment links.

We don't accept returns. All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn. All lots are sold ''as seen on the images''
If the payment is returned for any reason, for example: chargeback on a credit card or insufficient balance, we reserve the right to charge the buyer additional chargeback fees.
We are not responsible for any additional customs or import fees charged to the buyer.
In the case of a jointly considered return, the order has to be returned to us first in the same condition as it was sent. Any refunds will be made within 5 business days after the order has been returned to us.
PMG certificates may contain signs of use such as minor damage or scratches. This is not a reason to change or cancel the order.
Consignors who bid on their own lots in the auction will also be charged a buyer's premium of 20% on top of the hammer price.
Unsold lots go into the aftersale for 4 weeks and are released to consignors 4 weeks after the auction ends.

All disputes during or after the auction are decided by a present supervisor. All parties are subject to his/her pronouncement.
Your e-mail address will be added to our customer database and you will receive a message from us on a regular basis. If you do not want this, you can easily unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
Your order will be shipped within 5 working days. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Information for Sellers:
We offer you a personalized service, and we can usually schedule and auction your items within 4 weeks. With us, you don't have to wait months for the auction and even more months for the payment. If desired, we can grade your items at PMG for your collection or for sale through our auction. In most cases, you will be paid within 4 weeks after the sale. We advertise worldwide and have a large customer base of potential buyers around the world.
