Terms of Sale

1. The starting price is the minimum price at which a lot can be awarded. This price should be understood as the reserve price and in no case will it be awarded below.
2. The total price of the invoice will include 22% (philatelic, numismatic, books and posters) on the award price plus shipping and / or insurance costs. The delivery of the awarded articles will be invoiced in general, regardless of the condition or residence of the purchaser with VAT INCLUDED, under the Special Regime for used goods, art objects, antiques and collectibles.
3. If you are unable to attend the auction in person, please submit your bid as soon as possible. The lots are sold at the lowest possible price and not at the amount of your bid. For example, a lot of 1,000 EUROS that you bid at 3,000 EUROS and the highest bid before yours is 1,500 EUROS will be awarded to you in the next bid, in this case 1,600 EUROS. Some lots may have a seller imposed reserve. With equal bids, the one previously received wins. Minimum bid for free lots: € 4. Bids must be made in EUROS; Any bid or payment in another currency will be transformed into € UROS at the exchange rate on the day of receipt of the order or payment.

5. Buyers must make payment upon receipt of the invoice. Upon receipt of your amount, we will mail the batches to you at your expense and risk, provided that the buyer has not given us different instructions.
6. SOLER Y LLACH reserves the right to group two or more lots from this auction at its discretion, as well as to withdraw any lot.
7. The auctioneer is the one who regulates the bid and in case of any dispute between buyers, his final decision is valid.
8. AUTHENTICITY. Of all the lots sold by SOLER Y LLACH, their authenticity is guaranteed. Any claim in this regard must be communicated to SOLER Y LLACH within 30 days after the auction date. Whoever makes their claim later loses their rights. The lots described as collections or sets can NOT be the subject of any claim.
9. The batches of: books, manuscripts, maps, posters, photos, stamps, envelopes, coins and banknotes, will be auctioned in the state they are, no claim on restorations, damage, breakage, etc. is accepted. Although the descriptions have been made with the utmost care, buyers should ascertain before the auction whether the description agrees with their personal opinion of the condition of the lot.
10. PAYMENT FACILITIES FOR PURCHASES OVER € 500. In this case, the buyer must pay 30% of its amount upon receipt of the invoice, and the rest in a maximum period of six months in equal monthly installments. At the end of the month, SOLER Y LLACH will charge the buyer's account an interest of 0.50% on the debit balance. The lots will remain in the possession of SOLER Y LLACH until their full payment. In accordance with section 8, the buyer loses all right to claim after 30 days of the Auction, being able to examine the lots at SOLER Y LLACH within this period of time.
11. The awarded lots may be picked up at our offices C / Beethoven, 13, 08021 BARCELONA within a period of less than 15 days from the auction.
12. The minimum bid accepted for all those lots with a “free” starting price is 4 euros.
13. SOLER Y LLACH reserves the right of admission to the auction room and to reject, at its discretion, any purchase order.
14. PROPERTY. The lots will remain the property of the seller until the payment has been made in full, which includes the payment of checks or any Document.
15. It is the buyer's obligation to observe the tax and customs provisions in force in Spain
16. The mere participation in the auction or sale implies the acceptance of these conditions.
17. The Spanish State can acquire any lot at the award price in accordance with the "right of first refusal" (law 16/1985 art. 38).
Any case of litigation will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona (Spain).

5) The minimum bid accepted for all those lots with a “free” starting price is 4 euros.
6) They must send a signed authorization letter indicating their card number and expiration date. You will receive the charge in your bank account and in the currency of your country.

20. It is the buyer's obligation to observe the tax and customs regulations in force in Spain. In the case of export, it is up to the buyer to observe the customs and exchange regulations in force in Spain, as well as the regulations in this regard issued in the Spanish Historical Heritage Law, June 16/85 and Royal Decrees of Partial Development of the Law. The amounts of the Export Tax will be borne by the buyer.
