The description of the lots and the pictures are made with maximum care in order to present them as clearly and objectively as possible.
Only claims regarding authenticity will be accepted after the sale.
You are welcome to visit our Paris office to view the lots by appointment only.

2/ PRICES AND SALES FEES:
Bidding starts at reserve prices – hammer’s fees are 15% + taxes = 18%

3/ BIDDING:
You must be registered on Biddr’s platform. We can assist you with this process if necessary.
By default, each bidder has a limit of 2,000 € per sale. If you intend to bid above this amount, you have to let us know in advance how much you would like this limit to be increased to, either through Biddr, by phone (+33 6 09 45 55 65), e-mail ( pg@patrickguillard.com ), or mail (Patrick GUILLARD, BP 41, 75261 Paris cedex 06).
You can bid using the following ways:
Placing your bids online on Biddr ahead of time (direct or proxy)
Live on Biddr
Sending your bids in writing (by e-mail to pg@patrickguillard.com or by mail to Patrick GUILLARD, BP 41, 75261 PARIS cedex 06, FRANCE) to be received no later than two hours before the auction starts.
Bids are placed in order of their arrival, as a consequence, for two identical bids, the first one received has priority.
We reserve the right to cancel any bid without justification.
All participants agree to pay all successful lots.

5/ RESULTS:
They will be posted on Biddr and also will be available on demand after the end of sale.

6/ PAYMENTS:
A few days following the sale, successful bidders will receive a pro forma invoice, to be paid within 15 days using one of the following methods:

- bank transfer (all bank fees to be paid by payee):

7/ LOT DELIVERY
Upon reception of full payment, lots will be available to their buyers (*).
We invite you to mention your delivery preference on your bid sheet.

Two delivery options are offered:
- free of charge at our Paris office (by appointment only).
- postal shipping, all fees to be charged to the buyer.
All shipping is made by registered mail (insurance included).
Shipping fees are:
France: 10 € (for orders up to 1,000 €) – 20 € if the order is above 1,000€
Elsewhere: 15 € (for orders up to 1,000 €) – 30 € above.
We reserve the right to hold the shipment until the receipt of the total payment and potential bank confirmations of the sums due.
(*) For coins struck before 1 500 AD and worth more than 3,000 € and all others worth more than 15,000 €, a certificate of cultural good is required for delivery in Europe. Outside Europe, an additional license of exportation is needed with thresholds of 1,500 € and 15,000 € respectively.
This may result in another 4 to 12 weeks DELAY for DELIVERY, for which we are not responsible.

2/ PRIX ET FRAIS DE VENTE :
Les enchères démarrent au prix de réserve et les frais de vente sont de 15% HT, soit 18% TTC

3/ ORRES D’ACHAT ET ENCHÈRES :
Il vous faut au préalable vous enregistrer sur la plateforme Biddr. Nous pouvons nous en occuper pour vous si nécessaire.
Par défaut, chaque enchérisseur a un plafond d’enchères pour la vente fixé à 2 000 € - Si vous prévoyez d’enchérir au-delà, il vous faut nous en faire la demande par avance, soit via la plateforme Biddr, soit par téléphone (06 09 45 55 65), soit par e-mail ( pg@patrickguillard.com ), soit par courrier (Patrick GUILLARD, BP 41, 75261 Paris cedex 06).
Vous pouvez enchérir des façons suivantes :
En déposant vos ordres à l’avance sur Biddr (direct ou proxy)
En live sur Biddr
En nous adressant vos ordres par écrit (par e-mail à pg@patrickguillard.com ou par courrier à Patrick GUILLARD, BP 41, 75261 Paris cedex 06) pour une réception au plus tard deux heures avant le début de la vente.
Les enchères seront inscrites selon leur ordre d’arrivée, ainsi dans le cas de deux ordres identiques, le premier reçu aura priorité.
Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser les ordres sans justification.
Tout participant s’engage à régler les lots qui lui seront attribués.

5/ RÉSULTATS :
Ils seront publiés sur Biddr et disponibles sur demande après la vente.

6/ PAIEMENT DES LOTS :
Quelques jours après la fin de la vente, les participants qui auront remporté des lots recevront une facture pro forma à nous régler sous 15 jours par un des moyens suivants :

- Virement bancaire aux coordonnées ci-dessous (frais bancaires potentiels à votre charge) :

7/ MISE A DISPOSITION DES LOTS
Dès réception du paiement complet, les lots seront mis à disposition des acheteurs (*).
Nous vous invitons à nous indiquer sur votre bordereau d’ordres la façon dont vous souhaitez récupérer vos lots.
Deux options vous sont proposées :
- retrait gratuit dans nos bureaux situés à Paris (sur RDV uniquement).
- envoi des lots par la poste. Les frais d’expédition sont à la charge de l’acheteur.
Tous les envois seront expédiés en recommandé avec assurance.
Vous trouverez ci-dessous le montant des frais d’expédition.
Pour la France : 10 € (jusqu’à 1 000 € de commande TTC) – 20 € au-delà
Pour le reste du monde : 15 € (jusqu’à 1 000 € de commande TTC) – 30 € au-delà
(*) Pour les monnaies datant d’avant 1 500 et d’une valeur supérieure à 3 000 € et pour toutes les autres d’une valeur supérieure à 15 000 € un certificat de bien culturel est requis pour l’expédition en Europe - hors Europe, à ce document s’ajoute une licence d’exportation et les seuils respectifs sont ici de 1 500 € et 15 000 €.
Cela peut potentiellement entrainer un DÉLAI DE LIVRAISON de 4 à 12 semaines, dont nous ne sommes pas responsables.
Nous nous réservons le droit d’attendre l’encaissement total et les confirmations bancaires potentielles des sommes dues, avant de délivrer les lots.
