Maison Pruvost Numismatique is organizing an auction sale of collector’s coins and banknotes. The sale will take place on Sunday, septembre 25 from 2.00 p.m. on the biddr platform (https://www.biddr.com/).

Maison Pruvost Numismatique n'accepte pas les retours concernant l'état de conservation des lots proposés.

Toute demande de retour devra être justifiée sous 14 jours ouvrables après réception du lot, le cachet de la poste faisant foi.

1. Prix de départ et estimations Starting prices and estimates
Les lots de la vente aux enchères ont tous un prix de départ fixé par Maison Pruvost Numismatique. Ces prix marquent la valeur de départ des enchères.
The lots in the auction all have a starting price set by Maison Pruvost Numismatique. These prices mark the starting value of the auction.
Chaque lot dispose également d’un prix d'estimation fixé par la société Maison Pruvost Numismatique. Cette estimation n'est qu'un indice de valeur subjective donné par Maison Pruvost Numismatique, il ne reflète pas obligatoirement la valeur réelle de la monnaie. Les enchérisseurs définissent le prix final.
Each lot also has an estimate price set by Maison Pruvost Numismatique. This estimate is only an index of subjective value given by Maison Pruvost Numismatique, it does not necessarily reflect the real value of the coin. The bidders set the final price.
1. Incréments Increments
Le prix de départ est fixé par Maison Pruvost Numismatique. L'enchère d'un lot se déroule de la manière suivante, les incréments changeant selon le montant de l’enchère en cours :
The starting price is set by Maison Pruvost Numismatique. The auction of a lot takes place as follows, the increments changing according to the amount of the current auction:
• entre 10 € et 100 € => incrément de 5 €,
• entre 100 € et 200 € => incrément de 10 €,
• entre 200 € et 500 € => incrément de 20 €,
• entre 500 € et 1000 € => incrément de 50 €,
• entre 1000 € et 5000 € => incrément de 100 €,
• supérieur à 5000 € => incrément de 500 €.

1. Adjudication et attribution des lots Adjudication and attribution of lots
Un lot est attribué à la meilleure enchère. Si plusieurs ordres équivalents sont reçus avant la vente, le premier ordre reçu l'emporte sur les autres.
A lot is awarded to the highest bid. If several equivalent orders are received before the sale, the first order received prevails over the others.
Lors de la vente aux enchères, un système d'enchères classique est mis en place : le premier à enchérir l'emporte au prix affiché jusqu'à ce qu’un autre enchérisseur enchérisse au-dessus. Si ce n’est pas le cas, le premier enchérisseur emporte le lot à l’enchère donnée.
During the auction, a classic auction system is set up: the first to bid wins at the displayed price until another bidder bids above. If not, the first bidder wins the lot at the given auction.
En cas d'invendu, le lot peut-être vendu au prix de départ, sous réserve d'acceptation par Maison Pruvost Numismatique, majoré des frais de vente, des frais d'emballage et expédition à la volonté de Maison Pruvost Numismatique.
If unsold, the lot may be sold at the starting price, subject to acceptance by Maison Pruvost Numismatique, plus sales costs, packaging and shipping costs at Maison Pruvost Numismatique's will.
1. Frais Fees
Les frais acheteurs sont de 18 % TTC. Les frais sont ajoutés au prix d'adjudication.
Exemple chiffré : Attribution 100 € + frais 18 % TTC soit 18€ = prix du lot TTC 118 €
Des frais d'emballage et de port s'appliquent. Tous les colis disposeront d'un numéro de suivi.
The buyer fees are 18% including tax. The costs are added to the adjudication price.
Example: Allocation 100 € + 18% costs including VAT or 18 € = price of the lot including VAT 118 €
Packaging and shipping costs apply. All packages will have a tracking number.
Pour la France :
Facture de 10 € à 400 € = 10€
Facture de 400 € à 1000 € = 15 €
Facture de 1000 € à 3000 € = 30 €
Facture de 3000 € à 5000 € = 50 €
Facture supérieure à 5000 € : le choix du transporteur et les frais de port sont à la charge du client.
Pour l'étranger UE et hors-UE :
Facture de 10 € à 400 € = 10 €
Facture de 400 € à 1000 € = 20 €
Facture de 1000 € à 3000 € = 35 €
Facture de 3000 € à 5000 € = 50 €
Facture supérieure à 5000 € : le choix du transporteur, les frais de port et d'éventuels frais de douanes sont à la charge du client.
Pour un envoi via UPS ou Fedex, le coût d'envoi est entièrement à la charge de l'acheteur.

1. Paiement des lots Payment of lots
Dans les jours suivants la fin de la vente, les clients recevront une facture récapitulant les lots remportés et les frais ajoutés. Cette facture sera à régler sous 20 jours calendaires à réception de la facture par email.
In the days following the end of the sale, customers will receive an invoice summarizing the lots won and the costs added. This invoice will have to be paid within 20 calendar days after receipt of the invoice by email.

1. Livraison et certificats d'exportation Delivery and export certificates
Les délais de livraison sont de 30 jours ouvrés à compter de la réception du paiement complet du lot. Les lots sont envoyés à l'adresse postale indiquée par l'acheteur.
Terms of delivery are 30 working days from receipt of full payment for the lot. The lots are sent to the postal address indicated by the buyer.
Maison Pruvost Numismatique ne peut être tenue responsable des retards de livraison des sociétés de livraison.
Maison Pruvost Numismatique cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by delivery companies.
Maison Pruvost Numismatique est tenue légalement de fournir un certificat d'exportation de biens culturels pour toutes monnaies de valeur sortant du territoire français.
Maison Pruvost Numismatique is legally bound to provide an export certificate for cultural goods for all valuable coins leaving French territory.
En cas de perte ou de destruction du colis, le montant de la facture sera remboursé sous 30 jours ouvrés à condition de recevoir une lettre recommandé de la déclaration de perte ou de destruction du colis, fourni par une administration officielle. Le remboursement sera effectué par virement bancaire.
In the event of loss or destruction of the package, the amount of the invoice will be refunded within 30 working days provided that we receive a registered letter of the declaration of loss or destruction of the package, provided by an official administration. The refund will be made by bank transfer.
Le délai d'obtention du certificat d'obtention n'est pas garanti. Maison Pruvost Numismatique ne peut être tenue responsable d'un possible retard de livraison dû aux délais administratifs.

Toute reproduction, diffusion ou utilisation des données, descriptions ou photographies de la vente organisée par Maison Pruvost Numismatique sur la plate-forme Sixbid, Numisbids et biddr sans l'autorisation de Maison Pruvost Numismatique est interdite conformément aux articles L.335-2 et suivants du Code de la Propriété intellectuelle.
Any reproduction, distribution or use of data, descriptions or photographs of the sale organized by Maison Pruvost Numismatique on the Sixbid, Numisbids and biddr platform without the authorization of Maison Pruvost Numismatique is prohibited in accordance with articles L.335-2 and following of the French Code of Intellectual property.
