1. The starting and adjudicating amounts will be in euros.

2. Purchase orders below estimated starting price cannot be considered.

3. Sales will be paid cash, credit card, or bank transfer in EURO currency only.

4. AUREO & CALICO are entitled to depart from the order of the numbers in the catalogue, to gather or divide any lot, and to withdraw them according to its own criteria.

5. Lots will be adjudicated to the highest bidder. Purchase orders in writing received by post, fax or e-mail for the same amount will entered in the order in which they were received.

6. AUREO & CALICÓ will not assume responsibility in case of failure or break-down of the ON-LINE mode due to outside forces or third parties.

7. The sale price will be increased with an additional auction fee of 18%, VAT included (eighteen per cent). In the cases in which the acquired lots have to be sent outside Spain, except as otherwise provided by law, the buyer should bear in mind an exportation license, which will be required before their issuance. If the shipping destination is within the European Union, there is no need to pay export taxes, the administrative and customs management expenses will be paid by AUREO & CALICÓ. If, on the contrary, the destination is the third country, the export taxes must be paid by the buyer, with AUREO & CALICÓ being responsible for the administrative and customs management expenses. In no case will shipments be dispatched until the buyer has an exportation license.

8. Any insurance and shipping charges will always be paid by the buyer who will assume the risks of shipping.

9. The authenticity of the lots included in this catalogue is guarantee by AUREO & CALICÓ, unless otherwise stated.

10. Returns of lots purchased in the auction room, or previously inspected by the buyer, are not allowed under any circumstances. Returns of lots purchased by mail bid will be allowed within a maximum of eight days from receipt, only if a justified or reasonable cause exists. Returns of group lots are not allowed under any circumstance.

11. AUREO & CALICÓ can refuse any purchase order received based on its own criteria.

12. Non regular customers must provide AUREO & CALICÓ with financial proof of solvency prior to the sale in order for their bids to be accepted.

13. Lots will remain as seller’s property until they are paid for.

14. Participation in the auction implies the full compliance and acceptance of these auction terms and conditions.

15. In the event of any dispute arising from this auction, or the interpretation of these terms and conditions, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the tribunals of Barcelona.

16. These conditions are available in Spanish and English, being the Spanish version definitive in the event of any disputes.

17. Non regular customers will receive the notification of their bids through Numisbids, but AUREO & CALICO will verify first the references of the customer in order for their bids to be definitely accepted.

18. Auction Sale conducted according to the IAPN rules.


CONDICIONES DE LA SUBASTA

1. Los precios de salida y adjudicación serán en euros.

2. No se aceptan órdenes a precios inferiores a los de salida.

3. Las ventas son realizadas al contado, por tarjeta de crédito o transferencia bancaria y su pago exclusivamente en EUROS.

4. AUREO & CALICO se reserva la facultad de alterar el orden de los lotes en subasta, agruparlos o dividirlos bajo su criterio, así como de retirar cualquier lote.

5. Los lotes se adjudicarán al mejor postor. En el caso de órdenes recibidas por correo, fax o e-mail, prevalecerá, en el caso de ofertas por idéntico importe, la recibida en primer lugar.

6. AUREO & CALICO no se hará responsable de la interrupción de la modalidad ON-LINE por causa de fuerza mayor o deficiencias imputables a terceros.

7. El comprador pagará el precio de adjudicación más un incremento del 18%, IVA incluido (DIECIOCHO por ciento) en concepto de gastos de subasta. En aquellos casos en que los lotes adquiridos deban salir del territorio español, salvo en las excepciones previstas por la Ley, deberán, previamente a su expedición, tramitarse los permisos de exportación pertinentes. Si el destino fueran territorios situados dentro de la Unión Europea no se liquidarán tasas de exportación y los gastos de gestión administrativa y aduanera correrán por cuenta de AUREO & CALICO. Si por el contrario, el destino fueran terceros países las preceptivas tasas de exportación deberán ser asumidas por el comprador, siendo por cuenta de AUREO & CALICO los gastos de gestión administrativa y aduanera. En ningún caso serán expedidos los envíos hasta que no se disponga de los mencionados permisos de exportación.

8. Los gastos de seguro y envío irán siempre a cargo del comprador.

9. AUREO & CALICÓ garantiza la autenticidad de todos los lotes que figuran en este catálogo, salvo indicación en contra.

10. En ningún caso se admitirán devoluciones de los lotes adquiridos en sala o que hayan sido examinados previamente por el comprador. En el caso de lotes adquiridos mediante órdenes escritas las devoluciones deberán realizarse en un plazo máximo de 8 días, a partir de la fecha de su recepción, y siempre que exista causa debidamente razonada y justificada. En ningún caso se admitirán devoluciones de lotes de conjunto.

11. AUREO & CALICÓ podrá, bajo su criterio, rechazar cualquier orden de compra.

12. Todo comprador que no sea cliente habitual de AUREO & CALICÓ deberá aportar referencias comerciales y garantías económicas suficientes para que sus pujas sean admitidas.

13. Los lotes permanecerán como propiedad del vendedor hasta que el pago se haya realizado en su totalidad.

14. La participación en la subasta implica la aceptación absoluta de las presentes condiciones.

15. En caso de litigio derivado de la subasta o de la interpretación de las condiciones queda establecido que las partes se someterán a los Tribunales y Juzgados de la ciudad de Barcelona.

16. El texto que obliga a las partes implicadas en la subasta es el publicado en español, quedando la versión inglesa sometida al original en español.

17. En caso de que sea usted un cliente nuevo la notificación de aceptación de sus pujas por Numisbids no implica la aceptación final de las mismas por Aureo & Calicó. Ésta quedara sujeta a la verificación de las referencias comerciales.
